PRODUCTS
Emission Rx™ is a thermal oxidization system for the destruction of waste gas into products of combustion
including carbon dioxide gas (CO2), water vapor (H2O), nitrogen gas (N2), and oxygen gas (O2).

Based on a thermal oxidation rate of the waste gas,
the systems come in three sizes including 15k BTU/hr., 30k BTU/hr., and 80k BTU/hr.

Electric & Natural Gas-Powered Models
Emission Rx™ is a patented thermal oxidization system for destruction of waste gas into products of combustion including CO2, H2O, N2, and O2. The thermal oxidation method involves (A) a regulated turbulent combustible mixture of waste gas and an oxidant; (B) a temperature regulated thermal oxidation of the combustible mixture into the products of combustion; (C) a regulated cooling and atmospheric venting of the products of combustion; and (D) data logging of the controlled thermal oxidation for operational monitoring and compliance reporting.

The electric powered version of the thermal oxidizer employs a heating element embedded in the cylindrical wall of the combustion chamber of the thermal oxidizer for a controlled emission of heat waves. The controller (E1) regulates the operation of the heating element to maintain a temperature of ≈1500°F to 1700°F within the combustion chamber.
The natural gas-powered version of the thermal oxidizer employs a burner nozzle integrated within the bottom mixture chamber of the thermal oxidizer. The controller (E2) regulates an ignition of a mixture of natural gas and the oxidant to heat and maintain a temperature of ≈1500°F to 1700°F within the combustion chamber for thermal oxidization.
Greenhouse Gas Processor

Alternative to heat sinking and atmosphere venting the products of combustion, a Greenhouse Gas Processor can be connected to an electric/natural gas- powered Thermal Oxidizer to convert the CO2 into a neutralized carbonic acid (H2CO3).
In operation, the thermal oxidizer (F) sprays water vapor onto the products of combustion to cool the products to ≈300°F. The cooled products are transferred to the processor whereby the processor (G) condenses the cooled products of combustion to vent (H) the cooled N2 and O2 and (I) convert the CO2 into H2CO3. The H2CO3 is neutralized and stored within a bottom reservoir, where the acid can be drained and transported (J) to another location.
